I have spent the past 25 years learning the ins and outs of the SW Florida real estate market. Although I haven't worked as a realtor for 25 years, I have spent more than two decades working as a real estate appraiser. I believe this position has better prepared me to assist potential buyers and sellers beyond the capabilities of even the most seasoned realtors.

As a Naples native, I have lived and worked in this area my entire life, raising five children who have attended public, charter, and private schools, including universities. I have direct experience with Ave Maria University, Ave Maria Law, Florida Gulf Coast University, Florida Southwest College, and many K-12 schools.

My career began in construction, primarily in Olde Naples, downtown, and beachfront markets. Around the year 2000, I transitioned into real estate. I have spent the past 24+ years learning the ins and outs of the SW Florida real estate market. My experience as a real estate appraiser has equipped me to assist potential buyers and sellers beyond what even the most seasoned realtors can offer.

I have seen homes of all shapes, styles and sizes, and conducted high-level real estate research in almost every market in SW Florida. I have also invested in real estate in many communities with tremendous success, but like many, I also suffered losses in the housing market crash of 2008. I understand the concerns and expectations of market participants. 

Neither Realtors, real estate analysts, consultants, nor appraisers have a crystal ball, but I hope with my experiance, I can accurately describe how things were, how they are now, and what we can anticipate in the future.
